Philip James Madelen Rucker was born on the 20th of March, 1984. By 2010, he was rounding up his career as a National Political Reporter at the paper. Rucker’s career has experienced immense growth since his beginnings at Yale.

He was part of the group that covered the news around Congressional happening and by 2012; he was covering the campaign of the presidential aspirant, Mitt Romney. His rise through the ranks has happened so quickly, thanks to his approach to political events and his style of writing.
