Jack Wilshere is an English football player who is best recognized for the time he spent at the North London club side, Arsenal FC. Wilshere began his youth career at the club and left for the first time in 2018 when he was signed by the East London club, West Ham United. Jack Andrew Garry Wilshere was born on new year’s day in 1992 in Stevenage, England. He began playing football as a pupil at The Priory School and as the captain, he led his team to titles from his 7th year to his 10th year.
Wilshere then got into the Arsenal Youth Academy at the age of 9, following a brief period spent at the Luton Town youth academy. He improved rapidly at the Arsenal Academy and was made the captain of the U-16 team. At just 16 years of age, Jack Wilshere got promoted to the Arsenal reserves and after impressing the then-Arsenal manager was called upon to join the team’s first squad in the 2008/2009 season.
The budding player made his premier league debut in a match against Blackburn Rovers and became the youngest Arsenal player ever to make a debut, a record formerly held by another Arsenal great midfielder, Spanish man Cesc Fàbregas. His first goal for Arsenal came in a League cup match against Sheffield United which was exactly ten days after he had made his debut for the senior side.
With improving performance per game, the Arsenal manager gave him his first UEFA Champions League game in November 2008 in a group stage match against Dynamo Kyiv. Wilshere became the 5th 16-year-old to play at the Champions league stage. In the January transfer window of 2010, Wilshere was loaned to Bolton Wanderers who at the time were playing the premier league. After returning the following season, he was never loaned out again until the 2016/2017 season when he was loaned to AFC Bournemouth. Pon returning, Wilshere got playing time in Arsenal colors for a while before bringing his career with the side to an end in 2018.
Wilshere made his senior team debut for his national side in 2010 and on his debut was the 10th youngest to ever play for the England national team.

Jack Wilshere got married in June 2017 to Andriani Michael who is said to be the daughter of Wilshere’s barber, Michael Michael. They reportedly met during one of his regular visits to her father’s barbershop which is located in Cockfosters. Jack’s father-in-law, Michael Michael is not only a barber but a scout for Chelsea.
Wilshere and Andriani began dating sometime in 2014 and a little over a year later, in 2016, Wilshere asked for her hand in a surprise party thrown in honor of her 25th birthday. The couple in a three-day ceremony that was held in Tuscany, Italy. Guests at the wedding included Wilshere’s teammates, , Wojciech Szczesny, and Benik Afobe. To entertain guests at the lavish event was British RnB singer Craig David.
Typical of Wilshere, the footballer took to his Instagram page to post photos of himself and his bride, introducing her as the new Mrs. Wilshere. Since first going public with their relationship in July 2015, Jack Wilshere has frequently posted about his wife. He credited her with helping him get better after he was out with injury towards his last months at Arsenal.
Wilshere and his wife welcomed their first child together in May 2018. Andriani was in labor on the same day as an Arsenal game and as a result, Wilshere had to skip the game to be by her side. They named their daughter, Siena. Wilshere has two kids; son Archie and daughter Delilah from his previous relationship with Lauren Neal. It was after Wilshere split from Lauren in 2014 that he began dating Andriani.
