Larry Leatham and Janet Leatham welcomed their son, Jeffery Leatham, on the 7th of September 1971 in the city of Ogden, Utah, in the U.S. Jeff, who is an American by reason of his birth in the U.S, belongs to the Caucasian race.
He was raised in his hometown, along with his sister called Jennifer Roush, by his parents who were instructors in a local school. Leatham is a graduate of Bonneville High School in Washington Terrace, Utah and Weber State University, however, the course he studied and the year he passed out is yet to be disclosed.
