The retired National Football League player, who attended and played college football for the University of Minnesota, was selected by the Denver Broncos with the 87th pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. He went on to play eight seasons in the league, lining up for the Denver Broncos, the New York Jets, and Tennessee Titans, before retiring after just signing a one-year contract with the New England Patriots.
While it is not clear how and when the two met each other, it is known that they exchanged vows on the 22nd of June, 2013 in Colorado. In September 2013, just three months into their marriage, the Deckers announced that they were starting a family.
