She was raised along with her three siblings named Abigail, Rob, and Haley Harlan Mancuso. She holds American nationality and belongs to white ethnicity.
Harlan attended the University of Georgia, where she obtained a degree in Digital and Broadcast Journalism from Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
