Ryan Haddon is an American and a popular news presenter, journalist, and television producer who earns credit for her series of entertainment-based reporting jobs. The graduate of Boston University began her journalism career as a reporter, working for high-profile magazines, newspapers, and doing other documentary reports. Haddon is well known for her work on several newspapers and magazines, the famous talk show, The Roseanne Show and ABC’s morning program, Good Morning America. Haddon’s parents are Glenn Souham and Dayle Haddon. Her father Glenn was a businessman and her mother is a Canadian model, actress, and author who is credited for books like Ageless Beauty: A Woman’s Guide to Lifelong Beauty and Well-Being.
She grew up with her celebrity mother, Dayle after the death of her father in Paris, France on September 24, 1986. She is the only granddaughter of Gerard Souham, who is her paternal grandfather.
Ryan Haddon’s mother Dayle Haddon (born on May 26, 1948) is a Montreal native who speaks both English and French. Growing up in Canada, she started out her modeling career as Miss Montreal at age 18 and represented several cosmetic lines such as Estée Lauder, Max Factor, L’Oréal and Revlon.
Her beauty and career in the industry got her listed twice on Bazaar’s Ten Most Beautiful Women. As an actress, she featured in both French and English movies and is best known for her role in Madame Claude (1977), and North Dallas Forty (1979).
Dayle is currently the CEO of Dayle Haddon Concepts Inc. and the founder of a non-profit called WomenOne. She was named a UNICEF ambassador in 2008. Mother and daughter are both beauties and share a striking resemblance as can be seen in the photo above.

Ryan Haddon is a married woman with two kids, son Jaden Christopher Haddon-Slater born on April 6, 1999, and daughter Eliana Sophia Haddon-Slater born on August 17, 2001.
She and her current husband Marc Blucas got married on July 25, 2009, in Pennsylvania after they met in the year 2008 and dated for a year. The couple seems to be happy and enjoying their marital bliss.
Blucas is an actor best known for his portrayal as Riley Finn in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He has starred regularly on television series such as Necessary Roughness, Killer Women, and Underground. Besides her children from her first marriage, Haddon and Blucas are yet to have kids together.
Ryan’s First Husband and Divorce
Ryan Haddon was previously married to American actor and producer, Christian Slater, with whom she had her children, Jaden and Eliana. She and Slater started dating in 1998 and later got married on February 12, 2000, several months after the birth of their first child.
One year into the marriage, Haddon gave birth to their second child. As blissful as their union seemed to be, it eventually hit rock bottom. They were officially separated in 2005 and later got divorced around November 2007.
Long before that, the couple had a violent altercation which resulted in Haddon’s arrest by the police in 2003 for misdemeanor domestic battery against her ex-husband.
The controversial incident took place at about 7 a.m at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino while they were on a trip to Las Vegas. It wasn’t clear what sparked the argument between them but according to the police report, she threw a glass at him in a feat of anger in their hotel suite.
Slater was said to have been treated for the cut to his head with 20 stitches to close the wound while Ryan Haddon was booked into the Clark County Detention Center where she remained for 12 hours before she got released.
