SOB X RBE is a rap group that consists of four amazing American talents who have been making waves in the music industry since early 2016. According to the starlets, SOB X RBE simply stands for Strictly Only Brothers x Real Boi Entertainment and the group is made up of Wayman Barrow (Da Boii), Jabbar Brown (Slimmy B), Juwon Lee (Yhung T.O), and Graham Harris (Lul G).
Ever since the music group broke into mainstream success, they’ve gone ahead to record laudable feats in the industry. The rap group was formed at a city in California called Vallejo in the year 2016 when four childhood friends teamed up and started recording songs for their fans online. Not long after their style and songs went viral, they immediately caught the attention of fellow rappers and audience online, including Sage the Gemini (born Dominic Wynn Woods), a Bay Area rapper, singer, and songwriter.
Not only did the rapper take a special interest in the young lads, but he also took them on tours severally and got them familiar with a slew of other renowned rappers. SOB X RBE’s popularity began to soar after the group’s additional tracks such as Anti, On My Mama, Different, and No Love became fan favorites as a result of the strength of their rap styles.
SOB X RBE released their self-titled mixtape in the year 2016 which inspired most of its members to collaborate with other artists and also release their personal mixtapes. Their next project became Gangin (their debut album)which dropped in 2018. This was followed by their second album titled Gangin II, released in late 2018.
The quartet earned their big break in the same year after they scored a placement on the track Paramedic which was used in the blockbuster film, Black Panther. The young rappers, who are basically into Hyphy and West Coast hip hop are linked to popular record labels Def Jam and EMPIRE.

- Slimmy B
Born Jabbar Brown on February 26, 1997, Slimmy B is a native of Vallejo, California. The rap artist is a graduate of Vallejo High School (2015) as well as the brain behind the hits Paper Route, Bling Blaow, Call On, Like I Do, Ballin, and Opp Shit which came from his albums.
- Yhung T.O
Yet another native of Vallejo, Yhung T.O. was born on 7the December 1998. Originally born Juwon Lee, he was inspired to start rapping by his deceased uncle (Lamont) and little brother. He is best known as the lead vocalist of SOB X RBE. The hip-hop artist has a slew of albums under his belt and they include, Legendary Gangland – EP, Before The Fame, Fire, Humble Beginnings, Trust Issues, and On My Momma 2. T.O is reportedly married to a woman called Aramonii.
- Lul G
The third member of the group is Lul G who was born George Harris in North Vallejo, California on 14th November 1998. The rapper is best known for his debut album titled Yhung Nigga World which was released in the year 2017. In addition to that, he also has two other albums titled: Zitpunkt and Jusqu’ici tout va bien.
- DaBoii
DaBoii, the last member of SOB X RBE was born on 14th August in the year 1997, in Vallejo. He dropped his debut solo mixtape titled Y.W.N. (Young Wild Nigga), in the year 2017. The mixtape featured guest spots from other members of his rap group as well as budding rappers such as OMB Peezy and Young Pinch.

1. The group was initially started by Lul G and Slimmy B who were later joined by Daboii and Yhung T.O. They decided to join forces together after the music video of the song Cautious was successfully shot by Daboii and T.O.
