Tim Chapman Biography (Age)
Popularly known as Youngblood, the bounty hunter was born Timothy Charles Chapman in Ventura, California on May 13, 1965. He was birthed to Ronald Chapman and Diane Wimberly who was a bondswoman. By the time he had grown up and decided he was interested in bounty hunting, he was a third-generation bondsman.
Before the age of three, his parents had suffered a divorce and so he was forced to go and live with his paternal grandparents together with his brother Russell J. Chapman.
With them, he spent the next two years of his life. Much later, he would return to his mother with whom he spent his teenage years as well as with his maternal grandparents. They were the owners of ABC Bail Bonds which was located in Denver. Growing up around bounty hunting, he was only 14 when according to him, he made his first-ever civilian arrest.
During the time he spent working for his mother, he met Duane Chapman and before long, the two struck a bond. Years later, he would join Duane, who was at the time his girlfriend, and his son who had started the company, Da Kine Bail Bonds in Hawaii. When Dog the Bounty Hunter later started, he was on it for the first five seasons. After that, he started having some issues including an arrest that saw him missing from the show for a little while before he returned and continued until the 8th season which was also the final season.
More than a reality TV star, he also has a book titled Reuse of Foundations which he co-authored with S. Anderson and Jan Windle in 2007.
Wife and Children
Tim Chapman was married to Davinanatasha Faletoi. How the two met or even when they got married has still remained missing from the public domain. However, the marriage was tested in 2009 and it ended in a divorce.
Inasmuch as there is no official reason given behind the divorce, the rumor as peddled by some platforms is that Davina cheated on the man. It has been alleged that she became pregnant from the said affair she had. However, there is still no confirmation of the speculation.
Before the union came to an end, the couple had four children together – Summer Rain, Autumn Sky, Thunder Cloud, and then there is also Storm Hunter. Apart from the four kids, Chapman also has a son from a relationship he had with someone else even before meeting his ex-wife. The son, Tim Chapman Jr. was born in 1987.
Following the divorce, Chapman retained custody of the children without any reported battle from Davina to have them over.
Tim Chapman’s Net Worth
Beyond the fame that he has come by for his appearance on the popular bounty hunting show, Tim Chapman has also made some fortune. To that effect, his net worth has been pegged at $3 million. Apart from the show, he has also made some more fortune from other engagements.
Is He Dead?
Since the final season of Dog the Bounty Hunter in 2012, Tim Chapman has maintained a rather private life away from the media. However, he is not dead neither has there been any report of failing health nor something else in that regards.
