Upon graduation, Valeria Wasserman got her first employment in 1992 as an Investment Analyst with Unibanco – the now-defunct Brazilian bank. She spent three years there and towards the end of 1995, she got another post as Legal Claims assistant with the law office of Corey R. Cutler.
From March 1997, Valeria spent eight months with the law office of Ralph A. Donabed as a Legal Assistant before she made the conscious decision to take a couple of years off work.

She came back to the labor market in July 1999 and Intentia – a software company which functions as a service provider for; supply chain management, customer relationship management, as well as asset management hired her services as an Assistant.
