Bose is a singer and actor whose career in the entertainment scene began when he was only a teenager, following in the footsteps of his mother, who is also in the entertainment profession as an actress. The legendary singer was born Luis Miguel González Bosé on April 3, 1956, in Panama City, Panama. Of Italian and Spanish descent, his parents are Luis Miguel Dominguín who was a bullfighter and Lucia Bosè, an actress.
Miguel was brought up alongside his siblings Lucía Dominguín and Paola Dominguín. He was always around very creative people and lovers of arts and performers and so at a very young age, his creative instincts had already set in. By the time he was a teenager, he had already started having roles in movies. Interestingly, rather than the influence of his mother, it was his sheer talent and good looks that opened the needed door into becoming an actor for Miguel Bose.
As he got started as an actor, he decided to study arts some more, while he also started studying dancing and singing. Miguel appeared in many films such as Vera, un cuento cruel (174), Cosa de locos (1981), La reine Margot (1994) Libertarias…. (1996), and La mirada del otro …. (1998).
As a musician, Miguel Bose released his first album ‘Linda’ in 1977 followed by ‘Miguel Bosé’ the very next year. The next three years saw the release of ‘¡Chicas!’ (1979), ‘Miguel’ (1980), and ‘Más allá’ (1981). He continued releasing other albums including ‘Salamandra’ (1986), ‘Los chicos no lloran’ (1990), Velvetina (2005), Cardio (2010), and his latest album Amo (2014). Bose also has a number of live albums and collaborative albums to his name.

1. His Parents
As already pointed out, the parents of the Panama-born singer are Lucia Bosè and Luis Miguel Dominguín. His mother was a model before becoming an actress whose career has spanned six decades, while his father, Luis Miguel Dominguín, was a Spanish bullfighter. Miguel Bose’s paternal grandfather, Domingo Dominguín was also a legendary bullfighter.
Bose’s parents got married in 1955 in Las Vegas and a year later, they had him. Their marriage which produced two other children ended in 1968. His mother did not remarry after that, but his father later got married to Rosario Primo de Rivera in 1987. The two were together until his death in 1996.

Inasmuch as there was the influence his mother had on him, Miguel Bose was propelled some more into becoming a creative person because of the kind of people that were close to his family while growing up. To the surprise of many, it came to light in 2018 that the former actor and singer had been in a relationship with private sculptor, Nacho Palau. The two men were partners for a massive 26 years without the public knowing. In fact, it only came to light after they parted ways and Nacho wanted to have access to their kids.
It was previously believed that he had two children but as it turned out, together with his partner of over two decades, they have four children who were born through surrogacy.
