Kerith Burke was born into a military household on 23rd February 1983 in Seattle, Washington. As a result of her father’s job as a US soldier with the Ranger battalion, she moved from one military outpost to the other within the State. She notably stayed longest for 5 years in a single place. At other times, the journalist lived in places like Fort Lewis, Washington, Fort Benning, Georgia, and New York.
Growing up, she had a passion for journalism and media from an early age and this probably influenced her decision to study broadcasting and communications at Washington State University, Murrow College of Communication school. While in college, Kerith according to reports played basketball occasionally and at other times played college hockey and football.
She kicked off her media career with the official TV station at Washington State University (WSU) – Cable 8 Productions where she spent the next 4 years of her budding career. At this time also, Kerith Burke hosted an early morning 3 hours music radio show on KZUU 90.7 FM every Friday morning which she loved dearly. Following this, she got her first television job in a TV station Pasco (a city in Washington) as a general assignment reporter. At this station, she soon found her way as their interim sports director and from this point onward, Kerith knew that her career in the media was more inclined to sports journalism.
She worked for some more time in Pasco before moving over to Boise (a city in Idaho), and then Raleigh (a city in North Carolina) to cover stories from ACC basketball powerhouses Duke and North Carolina and their hall of fame coaches Mike Krzyzewski and Roy Williams. Beginning in February 2007, she began working with KTVB News Channel 7 ABC Eyewitness News and was there till August 2011. In the course of time and as her career kept growing, Kerith Burke worked as a reporter with Sportsnet New York (SNY) at which time she covered UConn women basketball national championship victories which ran consecutively from 2013-2016. She equally hosted the Geno Auriemma Show as well as covered the 2016 Rio Olympics U.S. gold-medal winning women’s team.
Kerith Burke thereafter worked with a couple of media outlets like Sterling Communications, NBC Universal Media, SD Nation before she came into the limelight with her role as a reporter and sports anchor for NBC Sports Bay Area and Golden State Warriors beginning in October 2017. Her duties have seen her cover all the network’s main programmes like Golden State Warriors Pregame Live, Postgame Live, and other NBA events.

Michener (3 February 1907 – 16 October 1997) in 1965.
Kerith is married to a man whose first name was given as David. She announced their engagement sometime in January 2018 and 8 months later precisely on the 26th of September 2018, the two got married. They have since been living together as one happy family.
