The talented basketball star was born as Myles Christian Turner in the city of Bedford, Texas in 1996 and he celebrates his birthday every 24th of March. His path with this game first crossed when he was six years old. Myles completed his basic education at Central Junior High School situated in Bedford, Texas and later; transferred to Trinity High School, Euless, Texas for the completion of his high school education.

During his high school career, Turner was among the tallest players of his class. He took part in popular camps and tournaments such as Camp. He was also invited to participate in the Adidas Nations camp as well as the Elite 24 Invitational Camp, among others. Turner equally played AAU basketball with the Texas Select team during the summers in order to develop his balling skills.

Being one of the top prospects of the draft, Myles Turner was picked by the Indiana Pacers as the 11th overall player to be selected that year. As a rookie, Turner pulled a lot of strides for the Pacers in their outing for the NBA Summer League and after his jaw-dropping performance, he penned his rookie contract.

The basketballer made his first appearance for the Pacers in the professional league on 29th October 2015 and after the first few games, he underwent a surgery which ruled him out for six weeks. Returning to action in December, the player had his career-best record against the NBA champion, the Golden State Warriors. He notched a total of 31 points in the game. Myles helped the Pacers book a spot in the playoffs at the end of the season while averaging 5.5 rebounds and 10.3 points per game. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team for his impressive performance.

The following season, he continued to record tremendous improvement in his game and was named the captain of his team. By the end of the season, Turner maintained a score of 7.3 rebounds and 14.5 points per game. During the 2017/18 season, he lost out in nine games following an elbow injury. At the end of the season, he averaged 6.5 rebounds and 12.7 points per game.
