Just as we have who plays the character of Thor on television screens, we also have a replica on the baseball pitch with same looks and strength in the person of Noah Syndergaard. He is an American professional baseballer in the Major League Baseball (MLB) where he plays for the New York Mets. Being the hardest-throwing starting pitcher in the MLB, Noah Syndergaard is indeed someone any lover of the sports or just about anyone seeking information on him would love to read about. Here you will learn all that we have gathered about the sportsman.
Biography of Noah Syndergaard
Noah Seth Syndergaard was born on the 29th of August 1992 to Heidi and Brad Syndergaard in Mansfield, Texas. When he was born, his mother Heidi was an Abbott Laboratories employee while his father Brad was described as an Iowa farm boy. He had two other siblings from his father’s earlier marriage but was the only child his mother bore to his father.
Growing up and unlike many Texas kids, Syndergaard took to baseball rather than football which was the fave of the town. For his choice, his parents were totally supportive and encouraged him to play baseball. He hit his first over-the-fence home run when he was 7 years old and was personally a big fan of the Texas Rangers in the MLB.
For his education, Syndergaard attended Mansfield Legacy High School in Mansfield, Texas at which time he played basketball as well. The choice of college for him was one that rested squarely on where baseball was very much involved. Noah went in search of the coaches at several Universities such as the University of Nebraska, the University of Oklahoma and Baylor University but it was Dallas Baptist University that offered him a college baseball scholarship and thus he committed to play for the Dallas Baptist Patriots.
However, this was interim as Noah Syndergaard opted to sign for Toronto Blue Jays after he was selected in the 1st round of 38 overall in the 2010 MLB Draft. The Blue Jays offered him a $600, 000 signing bonus to forego his commitment to the Dallas Baptist Patriots.
Like every other MLB rookie, he began working his way up to the main team but this was shortlived as he was traded in 2012 to the New York Mets alongside fellow teammates; Travis d’Arnaud, John Buck and Wuilmer Becerra to make way for R.A. Dickey, Josh Thole and Mike Nickeas in the Jay’s side. With the Mets, his performances weren’t short of impressive as he continued to prove his worth in the lower leagues even being selected for 2013 All-Star Futures Game.
He had his MLB debut on May 12, 2015, in a match against the Chicago Cubs which unfortunately ended in a 6-1 loss for his side. Nonetheless, Noah Syndergaard proved his worth in subsequent games and ended his rookie season with a 9-7 record and a 3.24 ERA in 24 starts. Noah also proved he has the ability to throw a fastball at 100 miles per hour at times, struck out 166 batters, gave up 31 walks with 2 intentional, had 126 hits, 60 runs with 54 earned and an impressive 19 home runs out of just 150 innings with a WHIP of 1.04.

His Family and Girlfriend
Noah Syndergaard can be simply said to have had a pleasant childhood being that he was encouraged to devote time to the sports he loved which was somewhat unique where they lived then. His family was as well a simple one and there should be no doubt that they must be happy for the good fortunes baseball has brought to them through Noah.
Noah is single at the moment when it comes to his relationship with girls but has been steadfast in his relationship with baseball which he has described as “his significant other.” Online reports point at him to have dated Ellen Kramer and Samantha Van Veen at various times but he was more popular with Alexandra Cooper a Boston University soccer player from New Jersey.
Noah and Alexander’s relationship became public knowledge when they were reported to be together at a Knicks game in April 2017. They even shared a kiss together and seemed perfect like every other celebrity couple would. But coming down to December 2017, in a nypost.com , the media went abuzz with news of his being single again having announced it on his Twitter handle himself.
