1. Fields has Honduran roots and is a Californian native.
Michelle Fields was born on the 10th of January 1988, in Los Angeles, where she attended Calabasas High School in Calabasas, California. She was raised by her Honduran grandmother who taught her to speak Spanish. Fields was born to Xiomara Fields, and Greg Fielddad, the latter, her dad Greg Fields is a TV and film writer. Michelle attended Pepperdine University from where she graduated in 2011 with a degree in political science.

Fields said she couldn’t immediately recognize who it was because of the crowd, but that Ben Terris of the Washinton Post quickly told her that the shove came from Trump’s campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.
After her story hit the waves, the Trump campaign immediately denied her allegations after which Fields took to Twitter to post a photo of her bruised left arm with visible finger marks. A Twitter brawl would later ensue between her and Trump.
On March 11, 2016, Fields took to the Jupiter Police Department to who was later on March 29th charged with misdemeanour simple battery. After investigations, prosecutors threw out the case on April 14th, stating that though there were facts that Corey did grab Fields’ arms against her will, the evidence was “insufficient to support a criminal prosecution.”
Her employer Breitbart issued a statement demanding an apology from the Trump camp if the story she told them was true, however, by March 13, 2016, Fields resigned from her job citing dissatisfaction with Breitbart’s way of handling the matter.
