Robert Douglas Thomas Pattinson was born in London, England on the 13th of May, 1986. His mother worked for a modelling agency while his father imported vintage cars. The actor is the youngest of three children and has two older sisters – Victoria and Elizabeth, who is a well known British singer.

The British star attended Tower House School, an independent prep school for boys. He was at Tower House until he was twelve years old, before moving on to The Harrodian School.
