Morberg is one of the four children born to actor Per Morberg and Inese Morberg. Named Alida Indira Jasmin Morberg at birth, she was born on the 30th of January, 1985 in Lilla Edet, Sweden. Her siblings are Lia Minou, Molly, and Astrid.

Her educational details are not known but it could be assumed that she is educated going by her activities in the entertainment industry. Alida’s father is a renowned actor in the Swedish entertainment industry. He is also a chef and news presenter.
