Angela Kay Everhart was born to parents Ginnie and Bob Everhart on September 7, 1969. She was born and raised in Akron, a city in Ohio. She attended Harvey S. Firestone High School and among other highlights of her high school years, she served as the school’s mascot, the Firestone Falcon.

Everhart began modeling when she was 16 years of age and after graduating from high school in 1987, she relocated on her own to Paris, France where she continued working as a model. She graced the covers of magazines like Elle and Glamour during her late teenage years. Her career almost got truncated after she suffered a back injury during a horseback riding accident. However, she was able to bounce back after several months of undergoing physical therapy.

In 1995, she featured in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue which became the first of so many more and several years down the line, the gorgeous model posed nude for the cover of the February 2000 issue of Playboy magazine.

Angie Everhart equally made waves as an actress even as her modeling career soared in the 1990s. She marked her feature film debut in the Arnold Schwarzenegger action-comedy flick Last Action Hero (1993). Everhart has been married twice in the past. She got married the first time to comedian, actor and singer Ashley Hamilton in 1996. The union was very shortlived as it ended in divorce after just one year. Next, she got into a longterm relationship with actor-comedian Joe Pesci between 2000 and 2008.

In December 2014, Everhart got married a second time to Carl Ferro, the president and co-founder of nutrition company Sunfare. The duo remained together until February 2018 when the model filed for divorce.

Angie Everhart is known to have acquired immense wealth during her heydays as a supermodel in addition to other lucrative ventures she has been involved in. Sadly, the former model expended the greater chunk of her wealth in seeking medical treatment after she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2013. She eventually filed for bankruptcy in October 2014. The former model revealed that while on a yacht at the Venice Film Festival several years ago, Weinstein invaded her cabin and went ahead to masturbate in her presence whilst also preventing her from leaving. According to her, she reported this incident to several people on the yacht but none of them took any action about it. Everhart made these shocking revelations in October 2017.
