She is equally the founder of the fitness center Mighty Mommies Fitness, which basically educates women on how to take care of their body and family even when they are pregnant. She established the center in May 2006 and later launched a new line of portion control known as Change My Plate.
Aimed at teaching people how to take care of themselves and their families, Change My Plate was established in October 2012 and headquartered in Los Angeles.
