In 2013, Big Sean bought himself a $1.7 million bachelors pad, now 3 years later, he has listed the house for sale at the price of $2.3 million. Only in Hollywood does second hand property appreciate because of the owner, right?

The house itself, was built back in 2006, but there is nothing outdated about it. It features, formal living and dining rooms, five bedrooms (with one of the bedrooms converted into a recording studio) and 4.5 bathrooms.
