Nicknamed “Windy”, Brian started his high school education at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, in Akron, which is also the same learning institution that groomed American NBA player, . The ESPN staff is a product of Kent State University, where he studied journalism. He graduated in the year 2000 with a degree in journalism and started covering LeBron’s high school basketball career shortly afterward. Three years later, precisely in 2003, Brian began working for Akron Beacon Journal, covering the Cleveland Cavaliers as well as James’ drafting in the NBA.
