Chelsea’s husband, Kirk Cameron (Kirk Thomas Cameron) is an American actor who made his film debut in 1979 but became famous for his portrayal of Mike Seaver in the ABC television sitcom Growing Pains. At the peak of his career in this series, Kirk who was formerly an atheist converted to Christianity and began insisting that the storyline of Growing Pains be edited to remove anything he thought as adult content or inappropriate in the series.
