1. His Marriage To Kim Zolciak’s Lasted For Two Years

Daniel Toce’s marriage to Kim Zolciak lasted for three years before the two got divorced and parted ways. While a few reports suggest that their relationship began while Toce was married to his first wife, their marriage was solemnized on the 24th of September 2001, an event that happened on a beach in Destin, Florida.

During their time together, on the 17th of October, 2001, the two welcomed a daughter named Ariana. But less than two years after they started a family, Toce and Zolciak called it quits, signing divorce papers on the 11th of February, 2003.

2. Daniel Toce Has Been Married Three Times

As earlier mentioned, Daniel Toce’s marriage to Kim Zolciak was his second one. Prior to their union, he was married to a lady only identified as Kimberly. The two welcomed two children to the world before heading their separate ways for unknown reasons. It is not clear if Zolciak had any role to play here but it has been said that she became involved with Toce while he was still married to his first wife.

3. He Was Convicted of Sexually Assaulting a Minor

In 2010, a sexual assault case was launched against Daniel Toce when one of his family members reportedly told the police about his sexual contact with another unidentified family member who was a minor.

The police were said to have questioned the said victim but nothing was done as the person in question denied such an incident ever took place. Weeks later, however, the victim returned to the police and withdrew her initial statement, admitting that she lied because she feared for her life. She then to revealed that she and Toce had consented sexual relations for a while and that she had even conceived for him but had to have an abortion since it was illegal and would have led to the arrest of Toce. The victim later revealed that he used drugs like cocaine and he physically abused her.

Following the statement, an arrest warrant was issued and Daniel Toce was arrested. He first pleaded not guilty to the charge of illegal sexual interactions with a minor and sexual assault in the second degree but later changed his plea to guilty. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

4. The Courts Ordered Him to Register as a Sex Offender

Following his conviction, Daniel Toce was required by the court to register as a sex offender. He was further ordered to stay away from the victim and not engage with her while also registering for counseling on substance abuse, anger management, mental health, and sexual offenses.

After having served only two years of his 10-year-long sentence for illegal sexual interactions with a minor and sexual assault in the second degree, Daniel Toce was released from prison and put on probation.
