Devon Aoki is famous for being an American fashion model and actress. Her modeling career took off when she debuted at the 1997 Autumn/Winter Fashion Week for Ready to Wear. Her face and talent were so striking that Versace selected her to replace Naomi Campbell as the face of the brand when she was only 16.

Devon was raised in London for most of her young life, along with her siblings and half-siblings, and attended The American School and St John’s Wood, London, England.

Devon began modeling at age 13 after her godmother introduced her to the iconic model, . After making her runway debut in 1997, she went on to walk for famous brands like Balenciaga, Chanel, Comme des Garçons, Marc Jacobs, Baby Phat, and one year later, became the face of Versace.
