The actress previously dated the former professional football star, Troy Kenneth Aikman. The athlete spent his football career with Dallas Cowboys from the year 1989 to 2000. It is not known exactly when the Henryetta High School and UCLA graduate began his affair with Bullock and the particular year they called it quits. Aikman, who currently works at Fox network as a TV sportscaster is now married to Catherine Mooty, an elite fashion retailer. He shares two daughters with his first wife, Rhonda Worthey, a former publicist for Dallas Cowboys.

James and Bullock won the lengthy legal battle in the year 2009, four years after their marriage.
