Evan Antin was born in Kansas on the 12th of December in 1984. Evan’s mother Sara works as a landscaper and his father, Alan is in charge of a store. He is one of the two sons his parents have and the name of his brother is Garret. Garrett is an interior designer with a firm in New York. Antin can trace his heritage to Irish, Russian and Spanish roots.

Evan Antin grew up in Kansas and as a child, he was fascinated by animals. This fascination led to him down the path of animal medicine. His first step was by going to the University of Colorado where he got a degree in Biology. When he was done at the university, he went on to bag a degree in Veterinary Medicine which certified him as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. This degree was gotten at the Colorado State University.

Rise to Fame

People’s Magazine is known to release a list of highly attractive people on a yearly basis, either as the Sexiest Man Alive or the Sexiest Woman Alive but in each issue of this magazine they feature other very attractive people. In the 2015 version of this event, Dr Evan Antin was one of the people who were selected as the sexiest men alive but there was a twist to his title as he was called the Sexiest Beast Charmer.

Antin sometimes has to travel for his work and was away in Guatemala when he received a call from his mother telling him that he had been featured in People’s Magazine. He asked her to send pictures of the issue that featured him and was surprised to learn he had made the Sexists Men Alive list. This feature exposed him to the world, and people were quick to draw resemblances between the doctor and the actor, Henry Cavill.

Dr Evan Antin has not always been a doctor; in fact, he has put his looks to use and even earned money for how good he looks. After he left the university, Antin worked at a gym as an instructor while modeling as well. The period of time he did this for is not known, but he decided to chase his love, which is animals and today he works as a Vet.

One of the ripple effects of his People magazine feature was the creation of Antin’s Instagram page which now has more than a million followers where he mostly puts up pictures of the animals he works with. Another thing that is in the works for the doctor is his new show, Evan Goes Wild which is a show that features the vet doctor in the wild with wild animals. It is a project that he has been working on for more than ten years and seeing it come to fruition means a lot to the doctor. The show premiered in 2019 and it airs on Animal Planet.
