Milito, born in Sertozinho in So Paulo, began playing for So Paulo FC youth squads in 2010.
He was called up to the first team for the 2016 Copa Paulista, making his debut on July 2 in a 2–1 loss to Ituano.
He appeared in 11 games and scored two goals, the first of which came in a 4–0 home triumph over CA Juventus. Moreover, the game was played on September 18, ensuring progress to the second round.
