Plastic surgery appears to be the norm for Hollywood celebrities and iconic actor Sylvester Stallone is among the growing number that have gone under the knife. The down side of plastic surgery is that the outcome is highly uncertain, it can go both ways, you either come out looking better or end up looking like something that will give even a grown up the creeps.

Unlike some celebrities who chose to deny their involvement with plastic surgery procedures, Stallone confessed to having some cosmetic transformations in his face. In his defense, he claimed that he did it due to a nerve damage which he received as a result of the surgical operation performed on his mom during his delivery. Stallone said the damage resulted in giving him a saggy look on the left part of his face and a rather crooked mouth. So the Rambo actor claims he had the face surgery to fix this error.

However, before and after pictures reveal that the star didn’t have only the left side of his face under the knife, he also touched some other parts of his face. So where exactly and what kind of procedures have Stallone gone through?

One notable area of Stallone’s face that has changed is his forehead. Before and after photos of the star clearly reveals a change to his forehead. Hitherto, he appeared to have eyebrows that were slightly raised which was one of the facial features that gave him a good look, and evidently he didn’t want to lose that so he went for a forehead lift in order to get the ‘surprised’ look but unfortunately, the brows turned out to be excessively raised. On the bright side, the procedure helped to eliminate some frown lines the star had on his forehead.

Stallone confessed that he had a facelift on the left side of his face. What he forgot to mention was that he also had an overall facial lift. He is currently 69 years, but he appears to have very few wrinkles compared to those at the same age with him.
