American teen actor Tenzing Norgay Trainor has achieved plenty not just as an actor but also as a voice-over actor and singer. He is popularly known for his role as Parker Rooney on Disney’s 2013 Liv and Maddie. He initially wanted to be a professional soccer player for which reason he began playing football when he was six, but coming to his eleventh year of age, the lad made a switch in favor of acting with his first screen role being in an episode of The Jadagrace Show. He was born on September 4, 2001 (which makes his birth sign Virgo) in Los Angeles, California, USA. His parents are of diverse descent and it has been confirmed that he is the grandson of Tenzing Norgay; one of the first two persons to ascend the top of Mount Everest. Tenzing Norgay Trainor has as his siblings Yonden Trainor and Kalden Trainor. His mom, who is said to be of Asian descent is believed to have come from Nepal.

As a kid, Tenzing loved football/soccer more than anything else. He was different from most typical Americans who would favor basketball or American football, rather, he chose the version of football more popular in England and other parts of the world. Then, Trainor was a fan of Real Madrid in Spain and Chelsea FC of England. But as he got older, he fell in love with acting and has been faithful to it since then.

Acting Career

Tenzing Norgay Trainor got interested in acting after attending a theatre camp his parents sent him to in Florida, He loved the experience and soon began nursing the idea of a career on screen. The kid then kicked off his acting career in the year 2012 when he was 11 years old. Tenzing landed a role in an episode of The Jadagrace Show which was followed by many other film roles as his ability to perfectly blend into characters was lucid in his first work. That being said, he continued to improve his skills with each and every new gig he got. Trainor’s other film roles boast of notable mentions like Good Luck Charlie, Disney Game On, The Lost Medallion: The Adventures of Billy Stone (2013), Super Buddies (2013), and Jessie: Carry Over.

Apart from his acting prowess, Tenzing Norgay Trainor is also good at singing, though we haven’t seen him release any song, it is worthy to mention that this lad is multi-talented. He began training from an early age and by his 15th birthday, he was already a black belt holder in Taekwondo. During the 2015 Nepal earthquake, he worked with his family’s foundation to raise about $153, 000 which was put to judicious use in building several village homes for those affected outside of Kathmandu.
