Rogers was born in the U.S state of Pennsylvania, West Chester to be precise, on 17th December 1990. His parents, John and Susan Rogers, previously had a girl and two boys before him and after he was born, another boy was added to the family, making them a family of seven. Graham had his high school education at West Chester East High School, popularly known as WC East. Upon graduation, he left Pennsylvania for the city of Los Angeles in California to follow his boyhood dream of becoming an actor.

Rogers went into professional acting in 2009 but made his debut in 2011, starring in just one episode of American comedy-drama series, Memphis Beat.
