So, when asked the question, Is Hulk Hogan dead? We have no choice but to give the correct answer, which is a big fat NO. The wrestler is the victim of yet another internet hoax, yes people, the internet pronounced Hulk Hogan dead once again.

We do not know if these constant death conspiracy theories are as a result of his ‘dangerous’ line of work or his celebrity status, but they have been a stable part of his life. In other words, this is not the first time this has happened to Hogan.

Hulk Hogan Dead; November, 2014

Back in 2014, the wrestler was pronounced, here’s how that story went.

‘ At about 11 a.m. ET on Friday (November 7, 2014), our beloved actor Hulk Hogan passed away. Hulk Hogan was born on August 11, 1953 in Augusta. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.’

The page in question was on Facebook, it was entitled, “RIP Hulk Hogan” and it amassed over a million likes. A ton of his fans were distraught and torn up about the news, they proceeded to post condolence messages and thus the spread of the rumor began.

The racket eventually migrated from Facebook unto Twitter, but in the midst of it all a select few kept their cool and pointed out the obvious, the news of his demise was not carried by any major American network. In case you did not know, Hulk Hogan is kind of a big deal, his death would have been noted. Well that’s the low down of what happened in 2014, unto the next hoax.

Hulk Hogan Dead; September 2015

This time around, the master minds behind the hoax decided to kick it up a notch. They claimed that the wrestler took his own life in a fit of frustration. The reports said that he was found in the morning by his daughter, Brooke, after a week of unbearable stress.

Apparently, earlier that week, Gawker Media released a disturbing rant of him calling black people the N-word. The bad publicity resulted in the wrestler’s contract with the WWE being terminated; in their own words, their main reason was that the ‘WWE is committed to embracing and celebrating individuals from all backgrounds as demonstrated by the diversity of our employees, performers and fans worldwide.’

The termination led him to put a hole in his own head. What a bunch of lies, well that’s hoax number 2 uncovered.

Hulk Hogan Dead; September 2016

This time around, someone got bored and decided to post a picture of the wrestler on Facebook with the inscription, RIP. In addition, this was posted on the page, ‘ At about 11 a.m. ET on September 02, 2016, our beloved actor passed away. Hulk Hogan was born on August 11, 1953 in Augusta. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page.’

Believe us, people liked the page and even went as far sending heart felt condolence messages to his family members via social media and messages.

Hulk Hogan Dead; January 2017

This death hoax was actually carried over from last year into the new year. It got so serious that Hogan had to have his representatives address the issue. On January 31, they posted a statement saying, ‘ He joins the long list of celebrities who have been victimized by this hoax. He’s still alive and well, stop believing what you see on the Internet.’

Some fans have expressed anger at the fake report saying it was reckless, distressing and hurtful to fans of the much loved actor. Others say this shows his extreme popularity across the globe. Nevertheless, these death announcements have gotten a bit out of hand. Death is inevitable, but it’s utterly despicable to play around with the idea of it.
