Here are interesting facts you need to know about this top-selling country music artist.

Jason Aldean: Biography (Age)

First, his real name is not Jason Aldean but Jason Aldine Williams. He was born on  February 28, 1977, in Macon, Georgia, to his parents Barry and Debbie. A Nashville native, Jason has an American nationality and his ethnicity is English/Welsh. He was raised by his single mom after she got separated from his father when he was 3 years old.

Jason’s passion for music could be traced to his early years and even though his parents were separated, they were in full support of his choice of music as his future career. When he visits his father in Homestead, Florida, Jason would get himself engrossed in guitar chords as his father served as his teacher on how to play the cords. Back home with his mom, Jason got all the support he needed to move on with his love for music so that at the age of 14, he was already making moves to perform on stage.

Jason’s first performance was at the local VFW hall in Macon where he sang two of his favourite songs: Seminole Wind by John Anderson and Sticks and Stones by Tracy Lawrence. At age 15, his love for country music led him into joining the “house band” which was at Georgia nightspot Nashville South.

Aldean decided to move to Nashville on November 1, 1998, and by the mid-2000, while he was almost giving up and making plans to return to Georgia, he got a contract deal from Broken Bow Records in Nashville and shortly after, he released his debut album titled Jason Aldean.

On May  29, 2007, two years after the release of his first album, Jason released his second studio album Relentless. His third, Wide Open, was released on April 7, 2009, and following the success of the first three albums, he went ahead to release his fourth album My Kinda Party on November 2, 2010, and his fifth album Night Train on October 16, 2012. Between October 2014 and March 2017, Aldean had already released his sixth and seventh studio albums with his eight titled Rearview Town dropping on April 13, 2018.
