His professional skills in the show earned him a nomination in the Emmy award. Among his best TV shows were Baseball tonight and Sports Centre.

John also served in Providence, Rhode Island and Cape Cod, Massachusett, before finding himself in the ESPN. Between 2001 and 2010, John served as an author of the ESPN.com’s weekly NHL column. The book was published and released in October 2007.

John Buccigross’ Married Life – Wife, Divorce

The handsome sportsman got married to his lovely Italian wife Melissa Buccigross in 1991 after long years of relationship. The couple exchanged vows in an Italian wedding style and have since been living together as husband and wife. They also have three children – two boys named Brett Buccigross and Jack Buccigross, and a daughter whose name is Malorie Buccigross. The couple now resides in South Windsor, Connecticut.

Meanwhile, the ESPN anchor has recently been involved in a widely publicised sex scandal involving the former ESPN analyst, Adrienne Lawrence who filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against him claiming that he invited her to his home and tried to woo her in the name of mentoring her. She also claimed to have approached the cable channel’s human resource department on the matter but instead of resolving it, they tried to protect Buccigross’ reputation by covering his intimidating intent.

Adrienne produced text a message sent to her by John where he allegedly said “I’m a white boy and I’m jacked,” as an evidence against him. The lawsuit also stated that John alongside other men at the ESPN ogles their female colleagues without any intervention from the company. While John is yet to release a statement on the issue, the ESPN spokesperson denied all the allegations.

Despite all the controversies, John Buccigross is still married to his Italian wife, he has not previously been married to any other woman, hence he has never been divorced and he is not gay. Most interestingly, all his three children are sports lovers- his eldest son, Brett Buccigross is a golf lover and player like his father, while his other two children, Jack and Malorie are interested in soccer and horse riding, respectively.
