Kevin Kimmel was born in Tucson, Arizona, on September 19, 1993. Nothing is known about his early life and growing years or his education history except that he schooled in various cities owing to his father’s work. He made his television debut in 1999, at the age of five. This was on the first episode of The Man Show which aired on June 16 of that year on Comedy Central. In the three years that followed, Kevin was a regular on the show and ended up having made a total of 22 appearances by the end of 2004. He also appeared in an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! in 2004.

His first voicing role came with Crank Yankers where he did voicing for a puppet version of himself. He voiced his character on the Comedy Central series for a total of six episodes between 2003 and 2004. The show was his father’s brainchild and was created along with Kevin’s uncle, Jonathan Kimmel and a few others.

In 2001, he joined the sound department of CBS’s Survivor reality series. This happened in the episode titled “Survivor: The Australian Outback – The Reunion”. He would return three years later, in 2004, to fulfill the same responsibility on the show for another episode.
