9. Aliens in the Attic (2009)

This Austin Butler movie is about the children of the Pearson family who have to defend their home from an alien invasion. Austin features as one of the children, Jake Pearson, alongside Carter Jenkins, Ashley Boettcher, , and Doris Robert. While the reviews have been majorly negative, Austin has been praised as one of the better actors in the movie. His performance earned him a Young Artist Award nomination despite its 32% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. 10. Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure (2011)

The movie is a romantic musical comedy and a High School Musical spin-off. It follows the dream and aspiration of Sharpay Evans (Ashley Tisdale) to star in her own Broadway show. Austin features as Peyton Leverett, an aspiring filmmaker who makes a film about Sharpay and helps her transition to New York City. Austin was invited to audition for the role by Ashley who had previously worked with him and thought he would be perfect for the role.
