Noah Galuten was born on September 21, 1982, to Nancy Lyon and Albhy Galuten in Santa Monica. He spent most of his early life and had his education up till high school level in Santa Monica. He progressed to study theatre at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles and graduated in the year 2004. Following his graduation from University, Galuten ventured into different things like most ambitious young people would, among which was being a writer and creator of theatrical plays in New York. When this did not go as well as he had hoped, he took his writing to another level and started his food blog which he called “Man Bites World” at the age of 25.

During his early career days, Noah Galuten would consistently have a taste of diverse cuisines from various countries and write about it on his blog daily. Noah Galuten met his sweetheart, Iliza Shlesinger on an undisclosed online dating platform in July 2016 and the duo hit it off pretty fast from there. They barely dated for a year before Galuten decided to put a ring on it in 2017. The pair announced their engagement via an Instagram post when Shlesinger flaunted her newly acquired emerald cut diamond ring in an adorable selfie they took together. She later revealed that theirs was a rather atypical proposal as she almost said yes with her pants down because of a pressing need to empty her bladder.

On 12th May 2018, the couple officially tied the knot at South Park City Centre, downtown Los Angeles. The wedding was a modern ceremony and some of the guests worthy of note were Shlesinger’s cousin and co-creator of Deadbeat, Brett Konner and actress Mayim Bialik.
