Skyler Gisondo has been around the movie and entertainment scene since he was six years old and has slowly endeared himself to fans who have watched him grow on the big screen into early manhood. The Florida native has appeared in a slew of movies, enough to make any of his acting contemporaries blush. Some of the movies in his acting portfolio include heavyweights like Marvel’s The Amazing Spiderman and its sequel, The Three Stooges, and Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb. Skyler Gisondo’s Bio

The actor’s story begins in Palm Beach County, in the state of Florida on July 22, 1996. Here, he was born to Stacey and Ron, a couple who made their living as ocean engineers. Skyler who is part Italian and Jewish, thanks to his four grandparents, started his professional acting career really early – at the age of six.

Throughout most of his pre-high school education, he had to be homeschooled as part of the strategy to cope with his increasingly busy schedule. He would eventually go on to attend Milken Community High School and subsequently the film school at the University of Southern California.

Skyler Gisondo owes the majority of his success today to his mother. While he was still a child, Stacey Gisondo made it her duty to distribute Skyler’s pictures to a myriad of talent agencies. This was how young Skyler was discovered and tried out for the Pizza Hut commercial which he aced. This gig opened the door for more commercials and guest appearances in a few television shows. His first television series came in 2003 when he played Jeffrey in an episode of Miss Match. Some of his early guest appearances include Crazy Love (2003); Everybody Loves Raymond (2005); Monk (2005); Criminal Minds (2006); and House (2006).

In 2006, he finally got his first recurring role, albeit a short-lived one; he appeared in two episodes of the ultra-popular medical television series, ER, playing a kid named Timmy Jankowski.

In 2007, Skyler and his family relocated to California, largely for the purpose of focusing on his acting career. After the move, he began to get more time on the big screen with movies like Halloween (2007); I’m in Hell (2007); For Heaven’s Sake (2008); and Four Christmases (2008). During this time and culminating in 2010, he also continued to appear in TV series including in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2007); Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008); and CSI: NY (2009).

Starting in 2007 through to 2009, Skyler was Bryan Pearson in 31 episodes of The Bill Engvall Show. In the 2010s, Skyler Gisondo began to get bigger roles. He appeared in 11 episodes of Psych from 2010 to 2012 as the younger version of a character known as Shawn. He also played Young Moe in the 2012 remake of the comedy classic The Three Stooges. In the same year, he had a minor role as Howard Stacey in Marvel’s The Amazing Spider-Man, a role he reprised two years later in the sequel.

Some of his relatively recent work includes Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb (2014); Class Rank (2017); and Netflix’s Santa Clarita Diet, a series he joined in 2017 playing Eric Bemis.

Girlfriend: Is He Gay?

Skyler Gisondo proved beyond a doubt in 2014 – his final year of high school – that he was willing to take great risk to write a beautiful love story of the heterosexual kind. At the time he was working on set for the movie Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb and didn’t have the time to ask his girlfriend Hillary Levine out to prom. So he came up with the idea to ask her out via a 3-minute video “promposal” which he posted on his social media on May 6, 2014. She said Yes.

To make the video, he brainstormed with and co-starred alongside Hollywood veterans Robin Williams, Ben Stiller, and Crystal the Monkey from the movie.

Since then, however, as Skyler’s busy schedule has forced him to focus almost exclusively on work, it is not clear whether the actor is currently dating anyone. He has been spotted and pictured on many occasions with a lot of his female contemporaries within the industry. There is nothing concrete, however, to show that he is in a relationship with any of them. All these go to show that the actor is definitely not gay.
