The media personality came into the world on the 15th of July 1950 as Ariadnē-Anna Stasinopoúlou and her place of birth is Athens, Greece which makes her a Greek national. Her dad, Konstantinos, earned a living as a Management Consultant cum Journalist and her mother’s name is Elli Georgiadi Stasinopoulou. Arianna spent her formative years in her country of birth alongside one sibling, a sister named Agapi who grew up to become a speaker, an author, and a performer.

There isn’t much information on her early education but she relocated to the UK at the age of 16 and enrolled at Girton College, Cambridge to study economics. She became part of the debating society of her institution known as the Cambridge Union and made history as the third female student as well as the first foreign student to assume the position of the president of Cambridge Union.

Arianna Huffington eventually graduated from the college in 1972 with a Masters in Economics. Her academic qualifications also include a certificate in Comparative Religion which she studied at Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, India.

From what we gather, Arianna Huffington first fell in love with Bernard Levin whom she met on the set of Face the Music in
1971 but they had to go their separate ways in 1980 because Bernard was not interested in a marriage neither was he keen on having kids.

She eventually tied the nuptial knot with US politician, Michael Huffington, after a six-month-long relationship. Details of their wedding and married life are not public knowledge but
the duo lived in Santa Barbara, California with their two daughters – Isabella Diana Huffington who was born on the 15th of May 1991 and Christina Sophia Huffington who came on the 1st of May 1989.

Unfortunately, Arianna and Michael’s marriage came to an end in 1997 when Michael disclosed his bisexual status. She has not made any of her romantic dalliances with the opposite sex public ever since and it is possible that she is too busy for a relationship as seen from her career life.
