Who is Billie Eilish and How Old is She?

Eilish was born on the 18th of December 2001 in Los Angeles, California. Unsurprisingly, Billie hails from an artistic family – while her mother Maggie Baird is an actress, as well as a songwriter, her father Patrick O’Connell, on the other hand, is a film and television series actor whose works include roles in Baskets, The West Wing, Life Inside Out and Iron Man.

Before Billie was born, her parents had her brother Finneas O’Connell on the 30th of July 1997. Finneas didn’t fall far from the family’s artistic tree either as he has since 2011 led a career as an entertainer. He sings, writes songs, produces records and also acts.

Eilish started singing at a young age and became a member of a children’s choral group in Los Angeles before she was ten years old. Soon after the song was released and uploaded on online music platform SoundCloud, her audience began to grow. With the release of a video for the song in 2016, her fan base grew even further and reached a critical mass that some established record labels took notice and she got herself a deal with The Darkroom and Interscope Records. That same year, Ocean Eyes made it into the Billboard Hot 100.

2017 was a busy year for Billie Eilish, first, she released an Extended Play (EP) that had four remixes of Ocean Eyes.
