Who Is John Grissom?

John Grissom might not be a popular actor but he has managed to make headlines, not for any accolades but for his criminal acts. The former actor is said to have been born in Alaska, in the United States on May 31, 1962, with the full name Cloyd John Grissom but he became popularly known as Jon Grissom. Only two films have been credited to him which is the 1988 film Licence to Drive and the movie Dream a Little Dream which was released in 1989.

Grissom is said to have a criminal record dated back to 2001. The record reveals how he was arrested for molesting a child and in 2003, he was found guilty and had to serve time for it. The notorious actor was also found guilty for violating “Megan’s Law” when he failed to register as a sex offender with the authorities.

His Alleged Abuse And Relationship With Corey Feldman

Corey Feldman is a child actor who’s said to have started his career early and during this period, he also met Corey Hiam and the pair became known as the “The Two Coreys”  as they starred together in the 1987 film The Lost Boys and its sequels Lost Boys: The Tribe released in 2008 and the 2010 Lost Boys: The Thirst. The Two Coreys were also in the films License to Drive and Dream a Little Dream which brings us to the link with John Grissom.

In November 2017, while on the show Dr. OZ, Corey Feldman made a shocking revelation that John Grissom, his co-star in License to Drive and Dream a Little Dream with him abused him while they were working together. Feldman was visibly seen to be devastated by the memory of the incidence and was supported by his wife Courtney Anne Mitchell. He also revealed that he was not the only one who had to go through the trauma but his friend Corey Hiam – who died in 2010, was also battered by older men in Hollywood. Feldman also said he finds it offensive for John Grissom to publicly share their photos together on his social media pages given the appalling acts that he subjected him to.

Prior to the revelation, Felman had used the names Tony Burnham and Ron Crimson in his book ‘Coreyography’ to identify Hiam’s abuser and his. Feldman explained in the book how he felt haunted by Crimson and it was because of Crimson that he started taking drugs as he would give him different concoctions of drugs that would end up intoxicating him and putting him at the mercy of the predator. However, John Grissom who was attacked by the public for his unruly act denied it on YouTube and vented his frustration that he was tired of explaining that he did not do such things to Corey Feldman and on that note, he won’t repeat himself again irrespective of what anyone thought of him.

Other Revelations

As a follow up on the revelation of what John Grissom did to him at the peak of his career in the 1980’s, Corey Feldman has also gone ahead to make a promise that he will reveal all the names of paedophiles in Hollywood and in the light of which he had raised so far, a ton of $10 million to release the film that addresses the issue.

However, not everyone seems to believe he could actually go through with his claims as Hiam’s mum made it known to The Hollywood Reporter that Corey Feldman was a “Scam Artist” who was not serious with his claims.
