Who is Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt?
Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt fondly called Vivi is the youngest daughter of Hollywood’s former power couple, and who was famously addressed as Brangelina. She was born alongside her fraternal twin brother Knox Leon at the Santa Maria clinic of the Lenval Foundation in Nice, Alpes-Maritimes, France. Weighing 5 lbs at birth, she made her arrival one minute after Knox on the 12th day of July 2008. Knox was reportedly born at 6:27 PM. via C-section and Vivienne at approximately 6:28 p. m.
Right from their birth, the kids attracted huge media attention. Of course, it couldn’t be anything less, being that they are descendants of high profile actors. The rights for their first images were jointly sold to People and Hello! magazines for $14 million and the proceeds, donated to the Jolie-Pitt Foundation. It became the most expensive celebrity pictures ever taken, a position previously held by their elder sister’s pictures.
The duo was named after their late ancestors who hold special meanings for their famous parents. Vivienne’s middle name, Marcheline, was a tribute to Jolie’s mother, Marcheline Bertrand, who died a year before the twins were born. On the other hand, Knox got his first name from Pitt’s paternal grandfather, Hal Knox Hillhouse. Besides their names, their father also believes that the twins are his and their mother’s mini-me.
As the daughter of a star, one would expect that she would be given to extravagant treats but the Jolie-Pitt pair is doing their best to raise their kids as regularly as possible. Just like you and i do, Knox does chores like walking their dog with elder sister Zahara and they have always had fairly low-key birthdays. That does not, however, mean that they don’t enjoy nice treats as other celebrity kids do. For instance, besides appearing on red carpets with their parents, their passports are also proofs that they are regular companies on their folks’ international trips. Their passports probably have more stamps than you would even imagine and they have been to international hotspots like England, France and Cambodia with their high profile parents.
Vivienne Michelene Jolie-Pitt has been homeschooled for most of her life like her other siblings. Talk about her siblings, they include Maddox, Pax, Zahara, , and of course her womb partner, Knox. Following their parents’ estrangement, Jolie is now mostly in charge of the kids’ education. Along with her siblings, she reportedly takes basic classes such as reading, math, science and also learn foreign languages like Arabic which she speaks fluently while she also flexes her muscles and builds her physical strength with activities like soccer, self-defence classes, and skateboarding.
As expected, she may likely follow in her parents’ footsteps. Along with her twin brother, she has already racked up acting credits on her résumé. Vivienne appeared with her mother who was the lead character in the 2014 film Maleficient as the younger version of Elle Fanning’s character, Aurora. Two years later, Knox voiced the character of Ku Ku in Kung Fu Panda 3. For her role, she was paid a scale salary; $3,000 per week and an additional $60 per day. Before you start thinking she will take over and rule the acting industry in the near future just like her parents, wait until you see their opinion. They think that while it is okay with them for their kids to have cameos and join them on set, they wouldn’t want them to pursue a career in acting. Nevertheless, the kids have an interest in other spheres of entertainment like music and production and their parents are fully for that.
Like her sister, Shiloh, Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt is also open to wearing gender-neutral clothing. However, she is more of the girly-girl and loves feminine kinds of stuff.
