Ysabelle Capitule is an American international dancer, dance instructor, choreographer, as well as social media personality with thousands of followers on Instagram who are attracted to her page because of videos of her mad dance skills, steps, and choreography.
She is indeed one of the youngest and most talented dancers to grace the dance stages in the U.S. Ysabelle has also featured in television shows such as the show, the X factor, and events like the BET Awards, and the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards. Ysabelle Capitule’s Biography
The beautiful dancer was born Sarah Ysabelle Capitule in the U.S on the 17th day of April 1998. She is American by nationality and white by ethnicity. But she revealed in a question and answer series on a website ask.fm that she has both Filipino and Portuguese origin. Details about her family background and status are not yet known to the media. Similarly, not much is known about her high school education but reports have it that she attended college at the University of California, Santa Barbara, though what she studied and the year she completed her studies are not known.
Lil BIGZ as she is fondly called and known started her journey into becoming a successful and talented international dance act from the early stages of her life. According to reports, she began at the age of 5; taking her first dance class but was unable to continue after two weeks. She tried gymnastics and soccer but didn’t like either.
At age 6, she was given another chance to try dancing again and this time around, it was in her hometown where she was put in a class made up of mostly kids that were older than her. Ysabelle Capitule shared a special kind of bond with her instructor and choreographer and she did really good in her first class.
Ysabelle was sent to a modern class at the age of 7 where she danced with kids between the ages 10 and 17. And later on she was taken to San Francisco to begin a trial in the adult class, even though it was a little off the hinges for her, she was able to keep up and learned her complete choreography routine within the session.
Interestingly, her instructor at the adult beginner class happened to be the director of the NBA’s Golden State Warriors Junior Jam Squad and gave her the opportunity for a tryout with the squad in the coming session. That was how Ysabelle Capitule became a member of the squad for 4 years.
The year 2007 provided her with the opportunity to go for several auditions in various media houses, ranging from print, commercials, music videos, industrial and television shows. She has featured in Ellen Degeneres show, Ellen’s wonderful world of Wonderment Series and has also worked in Ubisoft’s popular game for Nintendo Wii Systems Just Dance Kids.
Today she’s a shining example to others particularly those within her age group, proving to them that one can actually work hard to achieve one’s goals, aim and ambitions in life.
