Regardless of the fact that Analeigh Tipton played a minor role in Lucy, the French sci-fi action film ranks as the best on this list thanks to its largely positive critical reviews and the massive success it enjoyed in the box office. The Luc Besson-written and directed film, which stars A-list actors like and , grossed over $463 million.

Lucy follows the adventures of the titular character, an American studying in Taipei, Taiwan who is forced into working as a drug mule. The nootropic drug she is charged with transporting is later absorbed into her system, allowing her to gain enhanced physical and mental capabilities which she uses to battle her captors.

2. Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011)

Crazy, Stupid, Love is a romantic film that features an ensemble cast that includes , , , , Marisa Tomei, and . With such a star power line up, it is not surprising that the film was able to go ahead and rake in $142 million from a production budget of $50 million. It was also well received by critics and Gosling earned a Golden Globe Award nomination for Best Actor for his performance, hence it’s high ranking on this list.

The film begins with a recently divorced middle-aged man seeking to rediscover his manhood. In his search for a distraction from his broken home, he meets a womanizer who beds different women each night and teaches him how to do so at bars. The two end up beginning a friendship that leads to them teaching other a few things about life.

3. Warm Bodies (2013)

Warm Bodies ranks amongst the best Analeigh Tipton movies thanks to the fact that it offers a fresh spin on the paranormal zombie film genre, a fact that critics were sure to point out in their reviews when they described it as a post-apocalyptic love story with a terrific sense of humor. Movie-goers looked to have agreed with the critics as the film also performed very well on the Box Office. It raked in $66.4 million within the US and $50.6 million worldwide, giving it a gross total of $117 million against a production budget of $35 million.

Based on Isaac Marion’s novel of the same name and told from the perspective of a zombie, the film focuses on the relationship between a young woman named Julie and a zombie named “R”. The latter was at first hoping to feed on his love interest but later found himself warming up to her as his heart beats for the first time since the apocalypse when they were together.

4. Hung (2009-2011)

Hung is a comedy-drama television series that follows the journey of a struggling high-school basketball and baseball coach in the suburbs of Detroit who is left with no option but to begin a side business as a male prostitute in order to make ends meet.

Analeigh Tipton joins the cast of the HBO-produced television series in its third season, playing the recurring character of Sandee. The show was well-received by critics and thus earned a number of award nominations from the Golden Globes and Emmys among others for the lead actors of the show.

5. The Green Hornet (2011)

7. Damsels in Distress (2011)

Damsels in Distress is another Analeigh Tipton movie that ranks amongst the worst projects in her filmography. This is because even though it was initially enthusiastically received by critics during its festival screenings, it proved over time to be outlandish. On its commercial performance, the Whit Stillman written and directed film performed poorly as well. Against a production budget of $3 million, it was only able to make $1.3 million.

The comedy film, which stars and alongside Tipton, follows a clique of girls in college who try to do it all; from running the campus’ suicide prevention center to dating less attractive men in order to help boost their confidence and then starting a new dance craze called The Sambola!. As the film unfolds, the three-girl strong clique is joined by a newly transferred college student named Lily who helps them achieve all they want to do.

8. Two Night Stand (2014)

Two Night Stand is a romantic comedy that tells the story of an unemployed and single girl named Megan who joins a dating website in search of finding something new in her life. One night, after seeing her ex-fiancé at the club she was not allowed to enter by a bouncer, Megan chooses to have a one night stand with Alec, a man she met from the dating website. During their time together, which is lengthened by a blizzard, the two ended up going through their emotions; first fighting then making up and then fighting again. Their paths would later cross again following Megan’s arrest for a crime she had committed with Alec on the night.

The film, which was directed by Max Nichols and written by Mark Hammer, received mixed to poor reviews from critics. This translated to its performance in the Box Office where it only managed to recoup half of what was spent in producing it. Two Night Stand which featured a cast that included , Analeigh Tipton, , Leven Rambin, and Scott Mescudi, raked in $868,081 against a production budget of $1.645 million.

 

9. All Nighter (2017)

All Nighter is a comedy film that follows the journey of a globe-trotting workaholic father who spends the whole night looking for his disappeared daughter after visiting her unannounced. In order to make his search easier, he seeks the help of his daughter’s awkward ex-boyfriend who is still nursing a broken heart from their breakup.

While the performance of actor in the role of the father has been lauded by critics, nothing else in the movie is worthy of praise. The main reason for its poor outcome, according to critics was the poor directing ability of Gavin Wiesen mixed with the uninspiring script of Seth Owen, hence the reason why it ranks among the worst movies in this list of Analeigh Tipton movies and television series.

10. Manhattan Love Story (2014)

Manhattan Love Story is the second television series to appear on this list, however, ranking as the worst project. This is because it received generally negative reviews from critics and recorded low to modest views which prompted ABC to make it the first show to be canceled in the 2014-15 season.
