Baruch worked as a photographer while Alexa’s mother used to be a model. They raised Alexa on a ranch located in Ocala, Florida, for the first four years before they relocated to California. The actress was not raised as an only child but had a company of six siblings (including half-siblings) while growing up. Notably, she is not the only actress in the family as her younger sister Makenzie Vega also acts.
