Popular American model and actress Ava Sambora was born as Ava Elizabeth Sambora on October 4, 1997, in Los Angeles, California.

She had her education at Viewpoint High School in Calabasas, California, graduating in 2015. It was reported in 2017 that she’s studying at the Loyola Marymount University Los Angeles, where she is a member of the Alpha Phi International Women’s Fraternity.

Ava is best known in Hollywood and across the world as the only daughter of Heather Locklear and renowned guitarist Richie Sambora.

Her father was born Richard Stephen Sambora on July 11, 1959, at Perth Amboy, New Jersey, the U.S into a staunch Catholic family.

Richie, who’s of Polish descent, was raised in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, where he attended Woodbridge High School, a public high school in Irvine, California, United States. He graduated in 1977.

As a rock guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer, he has been active in the entertainment industry since 1977 to date. Richie is best known as the lead guitarist for Bon Jovi, a rock band he has been with for 30 years and still counting.

To his credit, the Spanish guitarist has released three solo albums: Stranger in This Town (1991), Undiscovered Soul (1998), and Aftermath of the Lowdown (September 2012).

His major musical influences include; Jeff Beck, Johnny Winter, Joe Kmiecik, Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B King, Eric Clapton and The Beatles.

Like her father, Ava’s mother, Heather Locklear, is an accomplished heavyweight actress whose prominent film roles include; Firestarter (a 1984 science-fiction thriller), Money Talks (a 1997 action comedy), Looney Tunes: Back in Action (a 2003 live-action/animated comedy) and The Perfect Man (a 2005 romantic comedy).

Locklear was born in Los Angeles, California on September 25, 1961. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she first set her modelling career in motion, appearing in commercials for the institution’s store.

Few days after their divorce was finalized, Heather, who previously married Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 to 1993, began a serious relationship with actor Jack Wagner, a divorcee and the father of Carrie Wagner – a beautiful young woman he never knew he fathered.

Locklear and Wagner announced their engagement in August 2011 but later called it off by November of the same year.
