In the meantime, the following are the things one ought to know about his life.

Bo Scarbrough’s Bio (Age)

Bo’s age is one of the many things regarded as his advantage in American football. As he was born on the 29th of September and in the year 1996, it is believed he has time on his side to accomplish whatsoever he desires in his professional career. According to records, his place of birth was in Eutaw, Alabama which was equally where he was brought up.

While we are yet to gather meaningful details of Bo Scarbrough’s upbringing, it is common knowledge that the beginning of his football career was during his high school days. From what we have learned, this chap was a student of Northport’s Tuscaloosa County High School and the Northridge High School both located in Alabama – he started off at the latter and finished with the former. Right from his time as a member of the high school football teams, it was pretty obvious that Bo would play college football and end up in the NFL, he was a remarkable playmaker.

Irrespective of the fact that he was troubled by several injuries, first a broken ankle and then, a torn ACL, Scarbrough was able to distinguish himself as one of the finest players of the Northridge High School. Even though the broken ankle he suffered as a freshman sidelined him, the next season afforded him the chance to prove his worth, Bo blazed for his team and quickly gathered 13 touchdowns while rushing for 938 yards. There was no stopping him if not for the torn ACL he had towards the end of the season. He bounced back as a junior and was set to better his performance, but fate only allowed him to feature in seven games. Bo was again injured, this time, it was a high ankle sprain which ensured he finished the season pulling off only 792 rushing yards.

For reasons best known to Bo, he decided to move on from Northridge High, he left the school for Tuscaloosa County where he continued to play but this would only last for a while as he would equally abandon Tuscaloosa County for the IMG Academy located in Bradenton, Florida. The running back later related that he embraced IMG Academy because it was a chance for him to optimize focus on his academics as much as he prioritized football and the academy was his best shot at getting super-ready for college, he maintained.

NFL Career

Everyone agreed that Bo was a five-star recruit when he was set to leave IMG for college, he received several offers but as one would expect, he favored the University of Alabama. With the Crimson Tide, he again battled a torn ACL before he found his foot in the team. Among other attainments, he was honored as an offensive MVP of the 2016 Peach Bowl. Bo Scarbrough became an SEC and CFP champion in 2015; the next year, he was again an SEC champion and yet again, a CFP national champion in 2017.

Finishing his junior season with 8 touchdowns, 17 receptions for 109 yards, and 596 yards on 124 carries, Bo decided to abandon his senior year and avail himself for the 2018 NFL Draft, this marked the beginning of his professional career. The Dallas Cowboys came for him as the 236th overall pick in the seventh round. As at the time of this writing, all eyes are on Bo to witness how he’d survive in NFL.
