Carmella Rose was born on October 3, 1995, in Big Bear Lake, a small city in Southern California. She was named Carmella after her great-grandmother and Rose after her grandmother. She is partly of Italian descent. She was raised in Newport Beach, California alongside her younger sister named Angie.

Carmella Rose had her high school education at Rim of the World High School located in Lake Arrowhead, California. Growing up, she was a shy teenager, a stark contrast to the bold young woman she has now become. She was discovered as a teenager growing up in Newport Beach and got signed to the models’ management agency known as “One Management” which marked the beginning of her modeling career.

While in Newport Beach, the young Carmella Rose only did freelance modeling and she didn’t regard modeling as a career. However, she eventually realized that she could make a lot of money as a fulltime model and so she made the decision to relocate to Los Angeles, the showbiz capital of the US.
