Famke Janssen is a Hollywood actress and filmmaker of Dutch origin. She began her working as a fashion model back in the 1980s and eventually switched to acting in the early 1990s. Her long-running Hollywood career is dotted with several acting credits both on the small screen and the big screen. Janssen’s most notable performance yet is her portrayal of the character Jean Grey/Phoenix in the massively successful X-Men film series.

Famke was raised alongside 2 sisters, Antoinette and Marjolein.
