Georgianne Walken (formerly Georgianne Leigh Thon) was born in the United States of America on the 8th of February 1944. Walken is a film and television casting director. Together with Sheila Jaffee, she has been the casting director for several dozens of television shows and films since the early 1990s through their company Walken/Jaffe. In 1990 they completed their debut casting work for the 1990 film End of the Night. Some of her work as a director of casting includes the television series Entourage, as well as The Sopranos among several others. In the area of films, she and Jaffe were co-casting directors for numerous movies including Black Knight, Subway Stories, Bedazzled, Monkeybone, Two Girls and a Guy, among others.

Beyond Georgianne Walken’s career as casting director, she has also performed as an actress in a few films and television shows. One of her early film acting roles was in the 1983 film titled Brainstorm which also starred Natalie Wood and Christopher Walken. She also performed a minor role in an episode of The Sopranos in 2006, in addition to being the casting director of the television show.

Georgianne met her husband Christopher Walken on a tour of West Side Story, they were dancers. They got married in January 1969. Christopher Walken is an Award-winning actor well known for the roles he played in certain films like Seven Psychopaths, The Deer Hunter, and Pulp Fiction. One of his popular projects was portraying the role of Frank Abagnale Senior in Catch Me If You Can (based on the life of former conman and later FBI Agent, Frank Abagnale) which also starred who played Frank Abagnale junior, a young conman who defrauded a host of organizations of millions of dollars through check fraud, among several other fraudulent activities and was later employed by the FBI to help with apprehending other fraudsters.

Another one of his popular roles was that of Max Zorin in the 1985 instalment – A View To A Kill. He has played so many challenging and vicious roles over the years, but it has only ever excited Georgianne and never frightens her. Georgianne Walken and her husband do not have any children, this was an agreement they came to many years ago and Christopher has mentioned that he thinks this decision has served them well because he feels like if they did have kids, their careers would not have been as successful as they turned out to be.

The Walkens live in Wilton, Connecticut, and own a vacation home in Rhode Island, among other properties. They own a cat called Bowtie.
