Edd China attended King Edward’s School, Witley in Surrey and earned a degree in engineering from London South Bank University.

He made his entry into the world of fame by building motorized couches and desk while in the university. His first notable project was the Casual Lofa (driving sofa) built to raise money for a Raleigh International expedition to Belize. He was replaced by Ant Anstead who is known for the UK series For the Love of Cars. After his departure, he launched his own show on YouTube, Edd China’s Garage Revival show which premiered on May 1, 2018. ‘You’ve got a bit of an issue, I think I have a solution’ is the motto that drives his new show. Therein, he meets with classic car owners and works with them on their vehicle restoration projects that got stuck, the reason notwithstanding.
