Though he prefers to keep his love life very secret, his propensity to date fellow celebrities hasn’t helped his quest for secrecy. Jason Segel Weight Loss

Anyone who has seen Jason Segel in Forgetting Sarah Marshall, The Humour Man, Bye Bye Benjamin will attest to the fact that he was on the heavy side.

Jason was ordered to lose weight by the President of Universal Pictures Ron Meyer in order to fit for the role in the movie Sex Tape, costarring Cameron Diaz. He also appeared in the movie, The Five-Year Engagement looking slim.

His bosses at Universal Studios sent a trainer to set and ensured he worked out twice a day. The trainer also had the mandate to monitor Segel’s feeding habits.

In typical funny man style, Jason figured out creative ways to quench his raging appetite on set. Seeing that he was to play the role of a chef in some scenes in the movie, he would con his co-stars into faltering on their lines so the scenes are repeated so he can get to eat all over again.
